Hours
The showroom is open Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and closed on Sunday. However, delivery is available and/or after regular store hours. After hours and Sundays are considered overtime (please see delivery and pickup).
Liability
All equipment is for rental purposes only and is understood that Bob Mutton Party Rental and Event Planning shall not be held responsible for any accidents or damages resulting directly or indirectly from the use of the leased equipment. Bob Mutton Party Rental and Event Planning expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness from a particular purpose and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the use of equipment. The renter agrees to indemnify Bob Mutton Party Rental and Event Planning for any claim, loss, damages to property, consequential damages, loss of income or any other incidental damages, event those damages caused by negligence of lessee, together with attorney fees for defending any action brought as a result of the renting of equipment.
Release Wavier
Bob Mutton Party Rental and Event Planning clients are required to sign a release waiver releasing Bob Mutton Party Rental and Event Planning from liability on any and all equipment that could cause injury. Clients should check with their own insurance companies for special event insurance.
Damage Wavier
Bob Mutton Party Rental and Event Planning applies an optional 8% nonrefundable damage waiver to the cost of all rental equipment. This cost covers reasonable physical damage to the equipment and is NOT insurance. Damage waiver does cover wind and storm damage to tents and accidental damage up to $250.00 per item. The renter is not covered by the damage waiver for theft, vandalism, misuse and/or abuse. Bob Mutton Party Rental and Event Planning charges for missing equipment at replacement cost. If the damage waiver is accepted, Bob Mutton Party Rental and Event Planning will waive the replacement cost if the broken pieces of a rented item are returned.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for theft, vandalism, abuse and misuse of rented equipment. These things are NOT covered by the damage waiver.
Linens
Please remember that the renter is responsible for damage to linens caused by mildew, burns, tears, wine, etc. Please do NOT store damp linens in an airtight container as this causes mildewing. All skirting is to be returned in on hangers provided. Skirting clips and pins also need to be returned. Do not wash linens.
Deposits
If a prearranged account with us is not established, a deposit is required to make a reservation. Bob Mutton Party Rental and Event Planning accepts cash, check, VISA, MasterCard and Discover. 100% deposit is required on all games and inflatables and a 50% deposit is required on other items. Prior to, upon delivery, or at the time of pickup the balance is to be paid. Deposits are nonrefundable and non-transferable for cancellations. All charge account rentals are due upon receipt of the invoice. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will accrue for all past accounts.
Identification
When picking up rental equipment Bob Mutton Party Rental and Event Planning requests a valid driver’s license or picture identification and reserves the right to make a copy.
Cancellation
After making a reservation, the client will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee if a reservation is cancelled on party rental items a 100% cancellation fee will be applied to ALL inflatables, inflatable games, and games if the reservation is cancelled. There is no fee for minor changes if done within 7 days prior to event, if delivery or 48 hours if cash and carry.
Weather
When a reservation is confirmed, Bob Mutton Party Rental and Event Planning is NOT responsible for inclement weather causing the delay or cancellation of any event. Moonwalks and inflatable games should be used outdoors in temperatures above 40 degrees.
Rental Period and Pricing
Rental Equipment may be picked up the day of an event and returned the day after unless other arrangements have been discussed. All inflatable rentals are to be picked up morning of event and returned at opening of following day. Any changes in an order are to be made at least 48 hours prior to the rental period. Changes made within 48 hours of an event may have additional fees applied.
Delivery
Delivery and pickup is available on any rental equipment totaling $50 or more in Fort Wayne. Delivery fees are determined by distances from Bob Mutton Party Rental and Event Planning to the event. Charges quoted for delivery do include pickup. Deliveries or pick-ups before or after hours, on Sundays or without a 3+ hour flexibility may also incur additional charges. If an order has multiple towable items, delivery will be charged for each towable item. Clients must be present upon delivery to approve the contract unless other arrangements have been made with Bob Mutton Party Rental and Event Planning. Delivery is tailgate service only. If delivery/pickup requires long distance carrying of more than 150 feet, stairs or transporting in elevators, additional charges may apply.
Cleaning
Kindly return rental items clean, free of food and in their proper storage units. A cleaning charge will be assessed on any equipment returned soiled. All games and inflatables should be wiped clean and returned in the condition received.
Delivery Prices
- C&C Cash and Carry. Customer picks up and returns equipment to Bob Mutton Party Rental and Event Planning.
- K1 Drop Off Only. Covers handling charges for unloading and loading when Bob Mutton Party Rental and Event Planning delivers and picks up. Delivery charges are additional.
- K2 Setup and Tear Down. Covers handling charges for unloading, setup, tear down and loading when Bob Mutton Party Rental and Event Planning delivers and picks up. Delivery charges are additional.
