Clear Top Frame Tent
Tents & Party Canopies are available for graduations, birthday parties, backyard bar-b-que’s, weddings, corporate events and more. Tent Styles
A wide selection of styles and colors are available to meet your needs and budget.
POLE TENT Are the most commonly used tent for any event. They include one or more center poles, side poles with ropes and stakes to hold up the tent. These tents are available in wedding white and four color options. The standard widths for pole tents include; 15′, 20′, 30′, 40′, 60′, and 80′ wides, all of these tents are expandable and can be any length needed.
FRAME TENT These professionally installed tents consist of a vinyl top over a metal frame and contain no center poles. Available in 15′, 20′, and 30′ wide. They are free standing but must be anchored down. Our 40 wide nava trac is a clearspan structure tent, open space, channeled box beam framing thats provides maxium stability with slide in side wall options.

CENTURY HIGH PEAK TENT A futuristic curvilinear design and dramatic high pitch set the Century apart as a crowd pleas-er and a great value. High peaked roofs and interior spaciousness offer excellent floor planning and decorating possibilities. This tent would be an excellent choice for any wedding or up scale event. Available in 30, 40, 60, and 80 feet wide.
GABLE-END STRUCTURE TENT
If you are looking for a new fresh look for your event our 40’ wide Gabled End Navitrac might be perfect for you. Along with the normal benefits of Structured frame tents including high wind loads, no center poles, 20’ leg spacing, versatile setup locations, & tracked high wind sidewalls this tent also features new options like foyer entry ways (Used for cocktail parties, registration, etc), extended band shells, & consistent ceiling height. This tents flat end construction which visually sets it apart from traditional hip end tents eliminates many of the challenges of performances and presentations that are traditionally encountered in tents. Because of the consistent roof line of the tent it allows for taller stages without the concern of head room for the performers. The flat ends of the tent also provide the perfect surface for projecting power points or videos at a height that everyone in the tent can see.
Tent Information You Should Know
Tent Grading
In order to insure the proper tent quality for your event, all tents are inspected, cleaned and graded on a regular basis. The tent grades are A, B+, B or C. When installing any of our tent our professional set up crew uses drops under the tent to insure the tent remains clean durning set up and tear down.
- A tents are top of the line or wedding quality which means the tent is bright, crisp, clean and free of spots or stains.
- B+ tents are of nice quality, still bright and clean but will possibly have some minor spots or scuffing or a small repair mark.
- B tents are the middle of the line, they look nice but the color will be faded and some unnoticeable scuffing, stains, and repairs may have occurred.
- C tents stand for commercial grade, these tents are structurally strong but will be faded, have large stains or spots on them. These tents are most commonly used for auctions or weather protection when appearance is not a consideration.
Quality Control
Bob Mutton Party Rental and Event Planning’s tent crews use drop cloths for set up and tear down. Inspection tags are placed on all tents after a tear down so our warehouse maintenance staff can clean or perform repairs as needed.
Tent Heating and Cooling
We have a variety of sizes of BTU heaters. The heaters are L.P. gas forced air heaters for climate control. Please call for more information and prices.
Ceiling, pedestal and floor fans are available and will improve air movement through the tent for cooling purposes. Air conditioning is an option, but can be very costly. We also stock tent coolers please call for details.
Tent Decorating
Decorating can give you many options to transform your tent into something imaginative. Through our experienced staff, we can theme or set the mood to enhance your event and make it breath-taking. With our knowledge and hands on experience we are willing to customize to create your dream come true. Tent liners are available upon request. Please call for pricing and style.
Tent Lighting
Lighting is one of the most effective components to accessorizing and setting the mood for your event. If looking for a soft ambient lighting for your event we offer a wide variety of light from parameter lights, up lighting, led lighting, lighted paper lantern, chandelier lights up to twinkle lights/swagged with material throughout the tented environment. We can highlight items like staging, dance floors, cake table, food buffet, dinner tables all with pin spot lights or can lighting. We can also customize your lighting to meet your needs and imagination.
Tent Side Walls
Tent sidewalls are optional and we suggest them when windy or cool weather is a possibility. We have all white sidewalls, clear, French Window, or mesh sidewalls. Different grades and prices of sidewalls are available.

The key to all successful event is the floor planning and design. Bob Mutton Party Rental & Event Planning can insure that your event is lay-ed out properly working with your needs and our expertise creating great traffic flow, working with focal point, entertainment and lighting on our state of the art Cad Program.

- Will food be served inside the tent?
- What special needs will you have? ie; dance floor, head table, band, bar area.
